This year we will be moving the vendors inside the Meadow so that you are more
exposed to our festival attendees.
All applications must filled in completely and mailed with a copy of California Resale License.
Food Vendors must supply a San Bernardino county food license.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Date/Time: July 21, 2012. Hours on Saturday will be 10 a.m.-6 p.m
2. Deadline: Application Form with current resale license, Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity.
Agreement and space fee must be received by July 1, 2012. A late fee of $25 will be charged for any
applications received and approved after July 1, 2012.
3. Sales: Vendor retains all proceeds of all net profits.
4. Cancellation Policy: 50% of fees will be retained for any cancellation between July 1 and July 15, 2012. No
fees will be refunded after July 15, 2012.
5. Selection: MCA., reserves the right to make all final selections based on suitability, balance of crafts and
merchandise, and available booth space. Fine arts and unique handcrafted items will be given first
consideration. All work must be exactly the same type and quality as written description. Items sold must be
only those listed on your application. No changes or substitutions will be allowed without prior written approval.
6. Booth: Booth space is 10 x 10. Vendors must provide their own displays, tables, racks, etc, which must fit
within their assigned space. Booths are to be of professional quality. Tables are to be covered to the ground
and all boxes out of sight. There is no electricity or internet access. We cannot guarantee that you will receive
your same spot year after year.
7. Set-up: Vendors may set up their booths Saturday, July 21, 2012 between the hours of 8 a.m and 10:00 a.m.
All vehicles must be off festival grounds by 9 a.m. Vendors are required to attend the entire day . Vendors are
not allowed to remove merchandise from the booth until the festival is closed for the day. No vehicles will be
allowed on festival grounds between 9 a.m. on Saturday and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
8. Passes: Two (2) vendor passes will be issued with your festival packet. Additional passes may be
purchased for $10.00
9. Booth Assignments will be given in the registration packet prior to the festival.
10.Camping on the festival grounds is not permitted.
11.Space is non-transferable. MCA does not guarantee to any vendor the exclusive right to sell any product.
MCA. does retain the exclusive right to sell any product.
12.The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the MCA and the Music in the Mountain. for any and all
claims for injuries or damaged goods at or enroute to or from the Festival. |
