All of these activities will take place in our beautiful mountain meadow that is next door to the Community Center/Lilleberg Museum, 32659 Green Valley Lake Road here in Green Valley Lake.
We have a wonderful campground here, plus plenty of cabin rentals for those who wish to spend the night. We have swimming, fishing and boating in the lake for the other family members. You will love the food at the local Malt Shoppe, plus the excellent food provided by vendors on the site.
*The Appalachian Connection --
This year we decided to feature the roots music of the
Appalachian Mountains which has had a profound impact on almost
all types of American music, from folk, to blues, to country, to
rock-and-roll. And the Appalachian music itself has its
roots in the Celtic regions of Europe. From the stage our
performers will explore these connections and pay tribute to
this region which currently is under siege to the mountaintop
removal mining methods that have already destroyed 500 mountains
in the Appalachian region. This region is a treasure we
cannot afford to lose,
so come to the festival to learn more how you can get involved.

Bernardinos are 'Sister Mountains' to the Appalachians." |
