Green Valley Lake is home to the fabulous Irish Band Wake the Bard.
For a small community, Green Valley Lake has a surprising number of musicians. The members of the Celtic band, Wake the Bard (see below), also host a Celtic and Old Time music Jam once a month. Check the “Upcoming Events” to verify the date and location.
The members of Wake the Bard are Sandi Huckaby on hammered dulcimer, Pat Huckaby on guitar and mandolin, Kathleen Hunter on fiddle and bodhran, and Clare Bellefuille-Rice on fiddle.

Grits & Grady
Another GVL Band is Grits & Grady. It specializes in Old-Time, Bluegrassy, American tunes and songs.
It is made up of Diane Grady and Sandi Huckaby on hammered dulcimers, Pat Huckaby on guitar and vocals, Kathleen Hunter on fiddle, and Clare Bellefuille-Rice on fiddle and vocals.
