Green Valley Lake Rental Division and Property Management

Do you work to support your Cabin? Income is as close as the property you don't use

In today's economy many people have decided to sell their cabins- continually lowering the price because of the slump in real estate sales. Maybe the kids don't want to come up to the mountains any more so the cabin sits - unused. Use your property to feather your financial nest.

Facing Foreclosure? Afraid of losing your cabin?

A full time tenant might help you keep your cabin until the market improves and you can sell at a profit

If you can't sell it rent it full-time.

Mountain Top Producers Realty has opened the GREEN VALLEY LAKE RENTAL DEPARTMENT to help you find a full-time tenant.

What we will do to find your tenant.

We will gladly manage your property for you, collecting rents and cleaning. We also have an excellent team of repairmen to deal with any emergency.

What exactly is a cabin?

What is a cabin? The most common names for a vacation home are: cabin, cottage, or camp. What you call your getaway usually depends on where you live. Sometimes they are called mountain homes, desert homes, lake place, lake homes...well you get the idea.

Those of us living in the mountains of the western half of the U.S. refer to our home away from home as a cabin. On the east coast it would be a cottage and in the Maine woods - a camp.

Whatever you want to call your cabin/cottage/camp it is a potential source of income.
