"Protecting Our Community From Harmful Substances." 

Saturday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the Water Company Clubhouse

We will be addressing subtance abuse in our mountain communities and what can be done about it. We will be giving the latest information and helpful tips, especially for parents or those who have children in their lives. The event will include information for ALL community members. It will be held on Saturday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse by the lake. 3rd District Supervisor, Neil Derry will be speaking, as well as a representative from the Sheriff's Department and experts in the drug prevention field. Assemblyman Cook is hopeful that he will be able to attend, however he is presently working on unresolved matters in Sacramento and is unable to give a firm committment at this time. We should be hearing from him soon.
